• Telit’s engineering support is accessible via a selective E-Mail service with 48h replies

assured under normal conditions.

In case of technical inquiries, the following information would be relevant to optimize Technical

Support:

• Write Company, Project, Product Type, Trouble and Person reference in the “subject” field

of the e-mail so that all mails can be easily retrieved also after several forwards

• The e-mail text should report:

o Product Type

o Delivery Date

o Serial Number S/N of the GT863-PY Terminal

o LOT N.

o HW version of the GT863-PY Terminal: v.xx
